Katie coaches senior leaders in multiple markets and geographies. For the last 10 years, she has worked extensively with leaders and innovators in media and technology sectors in companies such as Xerox, Microsoft and Google helping them to unlock their potential and deliver results despite the pressure.

Peter has worked with hundreds of executive professionals and used his approach to significantly increase leader’s and team’s vertical development. He has over 20 years of business leadership experience and has served on the boards of private and publicly listed companies and not-for-profit companies.

Bevan has coached senior leaders and led vertical team development initiatives in multiple geographies and industries, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, transport and logistics. While in South Africa he gained priceless experience steering cultural change programmes through the complex dynamics of leadership in the country’s public sector.

Rachel’s road to leadership and team development began on retiring from the Great British Rowing Team in the late 1990s. During her time in the team she experienced the taste of high performance as part of a several crews, medalling at two world championships.
